Franchise Disclosure Document
There is a comprehensive Franchise Disclosure Document and a separate Franchise Agreement which, when supplied, will lay out basic requirements and set expectations for you. These are specific and may seem one-sided, but they are mainly written in support of the brand that Parker-Anderson Enrichment strives to achieve. Nothing falls out of the realm of normal business practices, and we will have a separate conversation with you to review the documents and answer any questions you may have.
Initial and Ongoing Training
Initial Training
The Initial Training process allows you to easily learn how to take advantage of the Parker-Anderson Franchise Website also known as our Franchise Management Tool (FMT). This is where all the wonderful tools you have access to will allow you to operate your business. Parker-Anderson provides an initial training program to a Franchisee and one (1) additional person who is or will be an employee of the Franchisee.
Ongoing Training
Parker-Anderson Enrichmentâs ongoing training includes online meetings, emails, phone conversations, and other forms of communication. Our corporate office will help you reach your goals as you enter the world of after-school enrichment.
